"Let me grow wild," is not a name, it is a declaration

To deconstruct the memories and experiences

that sought to weaken our foundations

and fracture us from our most authentic expression

Choosing to heal is not an easy path

Sometimes it is facing every cringe moment on repeat

and the programmed parts that want to keep

their place of authority

Transformation takes courage, patience, and grace

Reclamation is also supported with an inner circle and community who are rooting for your revival

Let Me Grow Wild was birthed out of the search for wholeness in my body and spirit

Where I met the shadow inward in reverence

and allowed them to reveal deeper parts to myself

I welcomed the light to awaken the Divine within me

and rebuild my self-worth

What started with my personal healing journey progressed into me sharing my gifts as a way to serve the collective,

whether through medicine making, tarot reading, caregiving, mentorship, storytelling, cauldron stirring, dance instigating, spiritual coaching, and some general shenanigans

The lens I work through is both intersectional and anti-oppressive, as I believe all of our liberation is connected

LAND BACK

AND RETURN TO A COUNCIL

OF INDIGENOUS GRANDMOTHERS

Healing is forever

The path is nonlinear

It's all spiral

Curvy, ancient, and inescapable

When we surrender to the wild

We grow untamed

Let Me Grow Wild is a sometimes unruly, unkept, like the pardon abandonment of a new season gone unnoticed

I [strive to] live a life in cycles and seasons,

without urgency and it's the same navigation

I use in any of my services, classes, workshops, and spaces

We're slowing down, sitting under the trees

I promise that is where we'll find God

and She'll be ready for us

I acknowledge the lands I tend and work from are the traditional lands of the Odawa, Anishinaabe, and Chippewa people,

home to some of my own ancestors
