weaving together

I have always found solace in nature, especially in times of crisis. As a trauma survivor, I have navigated deep wounds passed down to me generationally, such as incest, abandonment, scarcity, and addiction. When I turned to the wisdom of the Great Mother, whose cycles of renewal and resilience reminded me that growth is always possible, it was then that I connected with my own power to heal.

My path to healing has also been deeply ancestral, rooted in the strength and wisdom of those who came before me. I have come to understand that recovery is not just about mending the self but also about reclaiming the stories, traditions, and resilience passed down through generations.

The process has been anything but linear-- there have been setbacks, moments of burnout, times where the weight of the past felt unbearable, and dark nights of the  soul. 

Choosing to decolonize the harmful programming of the colonial, capitalist, white supremacist patriarchy was essential to healing from despair and survival.

Grace allowed me to face the trapped memory and shadows that kept me in self-sabotaging loops.

My recovery has been a sacred journey of returning to wholeness, weaving somatics, inner child healing, and intense shadow work. Through soul retrieval, I gathered the lost pieces of myself, calling back the fragmented parts that were hidden in pain and fear. Energetic alchemy transformed old wounds into wisdom. In the embrace of the Great Mother and her elements, I found deep nourishment, where I felt held, supported, and guided toward wholeness.

Back to the Mother roots is where I found and reclaimed myself and her bountiful grace.

My offerings back into my community and collective are to activate the innate wisdom of the Mother tree within us all, guiding us to connect our roots with each other. My desire is to help rebuild a world of reciprocity and generosity; where liberation is a right to all, and not a privilege to a few.
